Amanda sang for the Gibraltar Air Force on a monthly basis in the late 1990s.
Amanda also sang as a solo artist and was the supporting act for the American Singer Buddy Greco at the Andalucia Plaza Hotel casino Marbella, Spain, in the 1990s. 
Amanda sang for the Rock Hotel Casino's opening night in Gibraltar and also appeared as a guest on Gibraltar Television.
Amanda also sang in the famous Joys Bar Piano Club in Puerto Banus as their resident singer.
Sang at the prestigous Villa Tiberio in Marbella.
